This is a link version of our premier Polska Kielbasa product with heat! The fully-cooked product is made using 100% USDA inspected pork butts, fresh aromatic spices, and clove garlic. We then house the product in a natural casing and smoke it using a proprietary blend of fruit-wood to give it its characteristic maroon color. Although we pride ourselves on preserving the authentic flavors and traditions of kielbasa, this hot version was a welcomed addition to the lineup.
