What is Kabanossy? Hmmm. Well, think of it as a long, thin, smoked sausage, that can be refrigerated or dried - - - similar to jerky. This refrigerated version is full of flavor and commonly served as an appetizer, hors d'oeuvres, or snack stick. Kabanossy is full of flavor and a must have for a formal/informal party, tailgate, or family get-together. The product is very high in protein and pairs nicely with cheese on a toothpick. Our Kabanossy is 10-12 inches in length and has a circumference of a penny.
Our Kabanossy is made using 100% USDA inspected pork butts, fresh aromatic spices and clove garlic. Our sausage makers then house the meat in a natural casing. We then smoke the Kabanossy using a proprietary blend of fruit-wood to give the product its characteristic maroon color. The product is GLUTEN and FILLER free.
Oh, you'll receive (3) 14 Oz. individually-packaged items that should be refrigerated when you receive the shipment. Of course the product can also be placed in the freezer prior to the expiration date located on each package.
