This is a link version of our premier Polska Kielbasa product. The fully-cooked product is made using 100% USDA inspected pork butts, fresh aromatic spices, clove garlic. We then house the product in a natural casing.. Next, we smoke our Polska Kielbasa using a proprietary blend of fruit-wood to give the product its characteristic maroon color. The product is gluten free and we NEVER use fillers. Each link is at least 5 inches in length and weighs 3 Oz.
If you're searching for a traditional Polska Kielbasa product, that's full of flavor, and made for a bun this is it! By the way, you'll receive (4) 12 Oz. individually-packaged items that should be immediately refrigerated when you receive the shipment. Of course the product can also be placed in the freezer prior to the expiration date located on each package.

To prepare the product, we recommend placing the uncut product into boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes to soften the natural casing prior to eating it.
You could then grill or pan fry it for 1-3 minutes for added flavor.
If you prefer a casing with "snap", remove the un-cut rope from the package and grill or pan fry it! Enjoy!
