This is our Smoked Sausage product in link form. The fully-cooked product is made using 100% USDA inspected pork, turkey, fresh aromatic spices and clove garlic. Our sausage makers then house the meat in a natural casing. Next, we smoke our Smoked Sausage using a proprietary blend of fruit-wood to give the product its characteristic maroon color. The product is gluten free and we NEVER use fillers. Each link is 6 inches in length, weights 4 Oz. and you'll receive (10) links per package. That's 20 links!
If you're searching for a Smoked Sausage, with a finer grind, and much better than the national brands, this is it! By the way, you'll receive (2) 40 Oz. package that should be refrigerated when you receive the shipment. Of course the product can also be placed in the freezer prior to the expiration date located on each package.

To prepare the product, we recommend boiling the uncut product to soften its natural casing prior to eating it. You could then grill or pan fry it for 1-3 minutes for added flavor.
If you prefer a casing with "snap", remove the un-cut rope from the package and grill or pan fry it!
