Potato Stuffed Wasilewski Kielbasa

This is a quick and delicious lunch or dinner idea! You can also add sauerkraut to this recipe if that is something you enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 1 12 oz package Wasilewski Smoked Polska Kielbasa

• 2 cup mashed potatos, can be freshly mashed or a good way to use up left over mashed potatos!

• 1/2 small onion chopped

• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 3/4 cup grated pepperjack cheese, or any good melting cheese you like

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Cut Wasilewski kielbasa into 4 pieces. Cut each piece lengthwise and open so they can hold the mashed potatoes. Place on greased baking dish

3. Fill each kielbasa with mashed potatoes. Top with chopped onion and pepper add parmesan evenly over each portion and then add the shredded cheese evenly among them.

4. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes until hot
